You are required to provide your employees with various statutory communications informing them of any changes you are bringing in and what it means for them.  Moreover, the communications must be sent within minimum specified time.


You must inform them of:

Eligible jobholders

  • their auto enrolment date
  • the level of employer contributions you will pay
  • the level of employee contributions they will pay

Non-eligible jobholders

  • their right to opt in
  • their right to receive employer contributions if they do

Entitled workers

  • the opportunity to join the workplace pension
